Lieutenant Andrew M. Cobb is an accomplished law enforcement professional with the experience, knowledge, specialized training and the capabilities to effectively manage complex investigative projects and motivate teams. Andrew has extensive experience as a State Law Enforcement officer in Florida as well as a Federal Task Force Agent with the United States Secret Service. Andrew has achieved great success in a high-stress and high visibility career field. His work history has a proven track record that is supported by numerous commendations and awards. Andrew Cobb has a wide range of extensive experience conducting both Federal and State investigations into criminal activities involving large scale criminal organizations, human trafficking, narcotics smuggling, identity theft, financial hacking, credit card fraud, dangerous materials transportation and inspection, mafia organizations, internet crimes, citrus theft and other types of fraud. Andrew is certified as an expert witness recognized in the areas of credit card fraud, financial hacking, human behavioral changes, mafia organizations, commercial vehicle interdiction, hazardous materials transportation, cargo tank inspection, livestock and animal husbandry, and other specialized areas of criminal law. Andrew also has expertise in undercover and all covert police operations. Andrew has a full range of specialized experience in dignitary and executive protection along with media relations and public communications. Andrew is a recognized team leader.
